Refund policy

At MADAR, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange policy.

 

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original condition and packaging
  • All tags are still attached

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Underwear or personal items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage

 

3. Exchange Policy

You may exchange items for:

  • A different size
  • A different color
  • Another product of equal value

If the new item is higher in price, the difference must be paid.

 

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

 

5. Shipping Fees

  • Return shipping fees may apply unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

 

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
